Chk'n Tinga Souper Sauce – Chk’n Tinga Nachos
Ingredients
- 1 jar of Chk’n Tinga Sauce
- 2 oz of shaved lettuce
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 1 Roma tomato, diced
- 3 oz. white onions, diced
- 1 large jalapeño pepper, seeds removed and diced
- 2 oz of chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Juice from one lime
- 8 cups of corn chips
Instructions
Place one jar of the Chck’n Tinga in a small saucepot and heat over medium heat, and heat until warm.Place the tomato, onions, jalapeño, cilantro, salt and lime juice in a bowl and toss gently.
Spread the chips out on a platter and smother with Chck’n Tinga.
Top with the tomato and onion mixture, sliced avocado, and shaved lettuce.
