Tater Tot Nachos with Hatch Green Chile Crema
Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 1lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can seasoned black beans
- 1 jar 505 Southwestern Green Chile Queso
- 1 cup shredded fiesta blend cheese
- 1 bag shredded lettuce
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup 505 Southwestern Flame Roasted Green Chile
- Fresh cilantro
Instructions
Cook tater tots per package directions. While tater tots bake, brown the meat.In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium high heat for about 6-8 minutes. Add taco seasoning and stir to combine.
Drain black beans and add to the meat mixture. Set aside. Heat the jar of 505 Southwestern Green Chile Queso until melted and reserve. To make green chile crema, combine sour cream and 505 Southwestern Flame Roasted Green Chile.
In a shallow bowl or tray, add a layer of tater tots. Top with the meat and bean mixture and a layer of queso cheese.
Next, drizzle on the green chile crema and shredded fiesta-blend cheese. Top with lettuce and cilantro, and serve.
