Pineapple Mango Jalapeño Brisket Egg Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 package of Egg Roll Wraps
- 505 Southwestern Flame Roasted Green Chile
- 505 Southwestern Pineapple Mango Jalapeño Salsa
- 1 package Cotija Cheese
- 1 package Mexican Cheese Blend (such as Kraft or Sargento)
- Pre-made Beef Brisket — or if you have leftovers of your own!

Load your egg roll wrappers with chopped brisket, Mexican cheese and 505SW Flame Roasted Green Chile.
Once oil is at 350 degrees, drop your egg rolls in the fryer until golden brown.
Remove, cut and then top with Cotija cheese and 505SW Pineapple Mango and Jalapeño Salsa.
