Grilled Chicken with Pineapple-Hatch Salsa
Ingredients
- 4-6 chicken breasts, grilled
- 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 4 tbsp 505 Southwestern Hatch Valley Green Chile
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Pinch sea salt and pepper
- Pinch red pepper flakes
Instructions
In bowl, mix the pineapple, red onion, 505SW Hatch Valley Green Chile, cilantro, basil, oil, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
Serve over the grilled chicken breasts.
