Green Chile Candied Bacon

1 Package Sliced Bacon
½ jar (8oz) of 505 Southwestern^® Flame Roasted Green Chile
½ cup Honey

Instructions

In a blender, blend the 505SW^™ Flame Roasted Green Chile and honey until smooth. On a baking sheet, lay out individual slices of bacon. Brush liberally with the blended 505SW^™ Flame Roasted Green Chile. Rack in a 350 degree oven until bacon begins to crisp, approximately 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and turn the bacon over. Spread more blended 505SW^™ Flame Roasted Green Chile on top and continue cooking until crispy (another 10 minutes). Remove and let cool and "harden." Serve with anything!
