Green Chile and Cheddar Biscuits
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 3 tablespoons cold butter, cubed
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup 505 Southwestern® Flame Roasted Green Chile

A quick savory biscuit that is sure to impress!
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- In a large mixing bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and black
pepper. Slowly fold in the cubed butter and mix until a sandy consistency is
reached. Add the yogurt, milk, cheddar cheese and 505SW™️ Flame Roasted
Green Chile and mix thoroughly - Form into 8 equal patties. Bake for 18 minutes. Let cool and serve warm!
