505 Southwestern's Green Chile Southwest Pork Succotash
Ingredients:
- 1lbs cubed pork butt
- 1/4 lbs white mushrooms, halved
- 2 ears fresh corn, shucked
- ¼ lbs red bliss potato, halved
- 1 red pepper, de-stemmed and seeded, diced
- 1 orange pepper, de-stemmed and seeded, diced
- 1 can 505 green chile sauce
- ½ cup 505 fire roasted green chile
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a slow cooker. Cover with water and let simmer fo r4 hours. Stir and serve.
